What data do we collect?

Sourcelab collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, etc.) submitted through our contact forms.
  • CV / profile information for job applicants.
  • Anonymised, aggregate website usage data (such as pages visited) collected via Umami analytics. This data cannot be used to identify you.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Sourcelab with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • Submit a contact or inquiry form on our website.
  • Apply for a job vacancy through our careers page.
  • Voluntarily provide feedback via email.

How will we use your data?

Sourcelab collects your data so that we can:

  • Respond to your enquiry, deliver a project, or process your job application.

Sourcelab securely stores your data only in European data centres.

Sourcelab will keep your personal data for the duration of our working relationship or for up to 3 years after last contact. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our mailing systems and CRM.

Sourcelab would like to send you information about products and services that we think you might like, as well as those of our affiliated companies.

Sourcelab's website does not use cookies or any similar tracking technologies. We do not run any advertising or cross-site tracking scripts, so no cookie consent is required.

We use Umami , a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool, to understand anonymised, aggregate website usage (such as which pages are visited) so that we can improve the site. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data or IP addresses, and does not track you across other websites.
