What data do we collect?

Sourcelab collects the following data:

• Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, etc.) submitted through our contact forms.
• CV / profile information for job applicants.
• Anonymised website usage data (pages visited, session duration, referring source) collected via Google Analytics, only with your consent.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Sourcelab with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

• Submit a contact or inquiry form on our website.
• Apply for a job vacancy through our careers page.
• Voluntarily provide feedback via email.

Sourcelab may also receive data indirectly through the following sources:

• Google Analytics — anonymised behavioural data when you browse our website, only if you accept cookies via our consent banner.

How will we use your data?

Sourcelab collects your data so that we can:

• Respond to your enquiry, deliver a project, or process your job application.
• Understand how visitors use our website in order to improve it (analytics, only with consent).
• Send you information about products and services we think you might like, if you have opted in.

If you agree, Sourcelab will share your data with our affiliated companies so that they may offer you their products and services.

How do we store your data?

Sourcelab securely stores your data only in European data centres.

Sourcelab will keep your personal data for the duration of our working relationship or for up to 3 years after last contact. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our mailing systems and CRM.

Sourcelab would like to send you information about products and services that we think you might like, as well as those of our affiliated companies.
